Exploring Connecticut’s 169 Towns
Lynn Denison is one of those volunteers that you can really depend on when a job needs to be done. Whether greeting visitors at a Homestead event or stuffing hundreds envelopes, Lynn is always ready to jump in to help.
Lynn is an 8th great-granddaughter of Captain George Denison with three adult children, eight grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. She is a Life Member of The Denison Society, and an active member of the Abigail Hinman Chapter of the DAR. She loves cooking, taking photos and exploring the past.
When the pandemic resulted in closed venues and social distancing, Lynn found another way to enjoy life and learn more about the history of her home state of Connecticut. With her Connecticut 169 Club book in hand, Lynn made it her goal to visit each of Connecticut’s 169 towns!
Lynn has been wonderful in letting us share her travels with you.
